Juventus midfielder Sami Khedira and Napoli Coach Maurizio Sarri lost appeals to have their bans reduced.
The pair had hoped to be in action for this weekend’s Serie A games.
Khedira was sent off in the Turin Derby on March 20 and saw his two-match ban confirmed on appeal.
This means he will not be available for tomorrow night’s clash with Milan.
Napoli Coach Sarri also saw his appeal rejected and will be in the stands for Sunday’s encounter with Verona.

It was Sarri's third dismissal from the touchline, so although his protests were not serious, he was penalised for being a repeat offender.
Gonzalo Higuain’s appeal against a four-match ban will be held next week.
