Brazilian club Santos are unhappy with the recent courting of star player Paulo Henrique Ganso by both Inter and Milan.
The 21-year-old playmaker is on their wish lists and an auction is expected in the summer.
Santos, however, are unprepared to sell Ganso and would ideally like that he stays at the club until 2014.
Interviewed by Radio Estadao ESPN, Santos President Luis Alvaro Ribeiro outlined the club's stance.

Interviewed by Radio Estadao ESPN, Santos President Luis Alvaro Ribeiro outlined the club's stance.
"We have not received any offer from abroad. We have informed both Milan and Inter to stop these contacts, which are illegal, because Santos possesses the rights of the player and we have informed FIFA, the CBF and the League.
"There has never been any contact, inquiries, or phone calls to us who possess the rights of the player."
