Sebastian Rudy’s camp have revealed that the Bayern Munich right-back ‘likes Napoli and vice versa’.
Rudy worked under new Napoli boss Carlo Ancelotti for the first few months of the past season and will represent Germany at the World Cup, while the Partenopei could be looking for a right-sided defender, with Christian Maggio and Elseid Hysaj possibly moving on.

“The only thing we can say is that he has a special relationship with Ancelotti, he appreciates him, likes Napoli and vice versa,” a member of his entourage was quoted as saying by CalcioNapoli24.
“Now he’s focused on the World Cup, but we’ll see what happens when he returns from Russia.”
The 28-year-old made 35 appearances for Bayern in 2017-18 but is behind Joshua Kimmich in their right-back pecking order, although he can also play as a defensive midfielder.
