“It’s an objective, that is all. We know the importance of this game and we can go third, but we have to play with more hunger and give everything we’ve got,” the captain told Sky Sport Italia.
“We’re proud to have brought so many fans to the stadium, as they are always our first thought and our priority.”
Milan have in recent weeks formed a core XI, including Davide Calabria and Mateo Musacchio in the back four.
“Consistency helps in defence, so we’re getting to know each other well, but also the forwards are the first line of defence and they give us a big hand.”
