Roma are reportedly close to agreeing a deal for Leeds United defender Diego Llorente and have agreed a fee to sell Justin Kluivert to Bournemouth.
The Giallorossi are hard at work in the transfer market, keen to try and satisfy coach Jose Mourinho after he decided to stick with the club, despite various links to teams like Paris Saint-Germain and the Portuguese national team.
One thing that clearly hampered Roma this season was a lack of options on the bench, so the club’s management are working on cutting redundancies to make space for new signings.
As highlighted by Fabrizio Romano, Roma are in advanced talks with Leeds regarding a deal for Llorente and are close to securing the Spaniard’s signature. Personal terms have already been agreed with the 29-year-old.
The Giallorossi have also agreed to sell Kluivert to Bournemouth for around €11m. The Cherries are now looking to agree personal terms with the 24-year-old winger.
