Roma have reportedly rekindled their interest in Monaco midfielder Joao Moutinho.
It has been widely reported that 30-year-old is available for loan this January, having fallen out of favour at the Ligue 1 side.
Making just nine starting appearances this term, the midfielder could join Roma according to Gazzetta dello Sport, but his wages could prove to be a sticking point.
Moutinho currently earns €4m per season in France, however the same source reports that he may be willing to take a pay cut in order to join the Giallorossi.
