Rudi Garcia says his Roma side needs to find some consistency, but praised last night’s Europa League win.
The Giallorossi advanced to the Last 16 of the competition with a hard-fought win at Feyenoord, and the French Coach spoke to UEFA’s official website in the aftermath.
“I’m pleased with the attitude of the lads,” Garcia said.
“They followed the game plan to perfection. We decided to play with very high pressing, and perhaps could have scored even before [Adem] Ljajic’s opening goal.

“It was difficult to win here, and we did it by playing our game, the Roma way. I repeat, the only thing is we could have scored sooner, but the lads gave their all as they always do.
“Today we had an important desire and intensity to our play.
“The only thing we need now is to find some consistency.
“The lads have shown that they haven’t forgotten how to play, now we must continue on this road.”
