The Brazilian shot-stopper has announced his intention to leave Fiorentina when his contract expires in the summer, leading to speculation that the Viola will try to sell the player in January to get a transfer fee.

Roma were thought to be among the clubs interested in Neto, but the Giallorossi’s sporting director has today ruled out a move for the 25-year-old.
“Neto does not interest us.” Baldissoni declared on Lady Radio.
Juventus and Liverpool are thought to be among the clubs still vying Neto’s signature, with the latter thought to be ready to bid around €2.5m for the ‘keeper to replace struggling Simon Mignolet in the Anfield goal.
