The ball boy that Facundo Ferreyra pushed over advertising hoardings during Roma-Shakhtar Donetsk and needed treatment has forgiven the striker.
Ferreyra appeared to shove the ball boy – later revealed to be Roma Under-16 striker Matteo Cancellieri – with Shakhtar trailing against the Giallorossi, who ultimately won 1-0 to reach the Champions League quarter-finals.
“Thanks to everyone who was worried. Luckily I’m fine,” wrote the youngster in an Instagram story.
