Jiangsu Suning centre-forward hinted at his imminent move to Inter with a message via social media. “The best is yet to come.”
The 22-year-old Colombia international was sold by Racing Club Avellaneda in July for €9m.
His current club in China is owned by the same company that controls Inter, so they can exchange players on loan or for free, by-passing Financial Fair Play rules.
Martinez posted a picture of himself standing next to Inter Vice-President Javier Zanetti.

He is widely expected to make the move to San Siro in January, though as he is a non-EU player, he’d have to be loaned out to a different Serie A club for six months.
