According to the latest reports, Marcelo Brozovic has signed a new contract with Inter until June 2026 and it will be announced later this week.

The midfielder’s current deal was due to expire on June 30 and he had been linked with numerous European clubs as a free agent.

These included Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United, who were interested in the Croatia international.

However, according to Libero newspaper writer and Inter expert Fabrizio Biasin, Brozovic signed his new Inter contract today.

It will now run to June 2026 and should be announced over the next couple of days.

The reports also suggest that the salary package agreed by Brozovic is worth €6.5m per season plus performance-related bonuses of up to €1m.

Inter represents home for the 29-year-old, who first made the move to San Siro on loan with option to buy for a total €7.4m from Dinamo Zagreb in January 2015.

Brozovic has made 37 competitive appearances this season, contributing one goal and two assists.
