Politano has allegedly approved of a move to the Giallorossi, where he will be replacing the currently injured Nicolò Zaniolo.
Spinazzola arrived from Juventus for €29.5m last summer and has operated at the right-back in Paulo Fonseca’s defence, despite having admitted he prefers to play at the left.
