Sky Sport Italia claims Juventus centre-back Cristian Romero will move to Atalanta on a two-year loan with an obligation to buy with conditions.
The 22-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Genoa, has a chance of playing in the Champions League in 2020-21.
The broadcaster reports the deal will include an option to buy with conditions, that will be made into an obligation if the player triggers the conditions linked to Romero’s number of appearances and the European targets of Atalanta.

The total cost for Romero, who played 30 times in Serie A 2019-20, will allegedly arrive between €23m and €25m.
For the deal to be completed, Romero must renew his current contract at the Allianz Stadium with a further year, until June 2025.
