Joao Mario agreed terms with Inter for a transfer, say reports, and in the end so did Sporting CP.
The Nerazzurri had been trying to sign the midfielder for several weeks now, especially after he won the Euro Cup this summer.
Now the Gazzetta dello Sport claims that they have finally persuaded Sporting CP to sell him, largely thanks to the player's own insistence in that direction.

Once it became clear to the Portuguese club that no-one else was going to meet the player's €60m buy-out clause, they accepted Inter's offer of €40m plus €5m in bonuses.
The player will earn €3m per year after tax, and has been offered a contract of five years.
Apparently the only thing left now is to wait a few days, as Joao Mario will be expected in Inter for his medicals and for the signing of his contract on Monday.
