Cagliari are reportedly in talks to take Atalanta striker Musa Barrow on a season-long loan.
According to Corriere dello Sport, negotiations are progressing at such a rate that the so-called ‘white smoke’ could arrive in a matter of days.
Barrow broke out during the 2017-18 campaign with 26 goals in only 22 Primavera appearances for Atalanta, before netting three times for their first team.
However, the 20-year-old bagged just the one Serie A goal for the Dea last season and he now faces increased competition from new signing Luis Muriel.

Cagliari have had no qualms bringing in players on dry loans this summer, with Luca Pellegrini and Radja Nainggolan both returning on such bases.
