Pepe Reina “intends to see out his career at Napoli and is very happy there,” said his father.

“At the moment he is in Madrid to film an advertisement. By reinforcing the squad with the right new players, Napoli can have their say in Serie A and the Champions League.
“He intends to see out his career at Napoli. Obviously, Napoli have to agree with that too.”

The Spanish goalkeeper is in his second stint at the club, as first he was on loan from Liverpool, then had a brief spell at Bayern Munich.
Even while away from Naples, he regularly returned to see games in the stadium and cheer them on with the other fans.
