Fabrizio Ravanelli has been left impressed by the recent form of Juventus’ summer signing Fernando Llorente.
The latter arrived at the club on a Bosman free transfer after his contract with Athletic Bilbao had expired.
However, it took some time for him to break into the first team plans of Antonio Conte, before finally starting to ripple the net with consistency.
“The Spaniard is doing well,” Ravanelli, a former Juve forward, told Sky Sport Italia. “He is an important signing for Juve.
“He’s now finally finding his dimension after a difficult start. He’s offering his experience and quality which is what the Old Lady needed.”
The 28-year-old, who scored and assisted in the 2-0 win at Livorno, has three goals in 10 Serie A appearances. He also has two in three Champions League ties.
