Paris Saint-Germain and Valencia have sent representatives to discuss a possible loan deal for Inter outcast Mauro Icardi.
The striker is suing the club for €1.5m in damages and demanding to be allowed back into full training sessions, even though he is not part of Coach Antonio Conte’s plans for this season.
He has rejected many other proposals, including Napoli, Roma and Monaco, while Atletico Madrid made only a broad approach.

According to Tuttomercatoweb and others, Valencia sent intermediary Jorge Mendes to get a better idea of the situation and see if they could get a loan deal.
Icardi would be the replacement for Rodrigo, who’d go to Atletico Madrid, in turn freeing Angel Correa for Milan.
However, TMW also report that PSG are discussing a possible paid loan with option to buy.
There is one very large problem with this, other than Icardi turning everything down.
That is represented by the fact Icardi’s contract only runs to June 2021.
Inter don’t want to risk him returning from a loan spell with only 12 months left on his contract, as it’d allow him to start negotiating a free transfer.
Only a year ago, Icardi had a release clause that at €110m was considered a bargain, but that was before the open warfare erupted between player and club.
