Max Allegri confirmed in his Press conference that Cristiano Ronaldo will start, despite an ankle issue, while he has to choose between Emre Can and Rodrigo Bentancur in midfield, then Dybala or Bernardeschi in a linking role.
According to the latest reports out of the Juve camp, Emre Can will get the nod alongside Miralem Pjanic and Blaise Matuidi.
Bernardeschi is the favourite to play in attack, sending Dybala to the bench again, as La Joya was also dropped only to come off the bench and score the winner at Bologna last week.
Former Fiorentina man Bernardeschi provides more versatility, as he can play in midfield, as part of a trident attack or a trequartista, all without changing personnel.
Douglas Costa, Sami Khedira and Juan Cuadrado remain on the treatment table.
Napoli have Mario Rui back from his injury lay-off, but the Portugal international is only expected to be on the bench.
Carlo Ancelotti is instead leaning towards Kevin Malcuit and Faouzi Ghoulam in a more attack-minded pair of full-backs.
The only other choice is in attack, as Insigne returns from suspension against Parma, with Arek Milik expected to get the nod rather than Dries Mertens.
Probable line-ups
Napoli: Meret; Malcuit, Maksimovic, Koulibaly, Ghoulam; Callejon, Allan, Fabian, Zielinski; Milik, Insigne
Juventus: Szczesny; Cancelo, Bonucci, Chiellini, Alex Sandro; Emre Can, Pjanic, Matuidi; Bernardeschi, Mandzukic, Cristiano Ronaldo
