Giacomo Bonaventura had a goal disallowed for a four in the build-up, but the Fiorentina coach was happy to see his side create many chances in the second half against Rolando Maran’s men.
“Maybe the wind has changed,” Prandelli told Sky Sport Italia. “In the second half Fiorentina were effective and orderly.
“We wasted chances, but I liked what I saw. I have been here for two weeks; we can’t work miracles.
“In the first half, we were slow to set up, but we were balanced and had no worries. Let’s take this point for our morale and for how we are working. It’s like a win.”
Franck Ribery was anonymous on the night but Prandelli defended the French veteran.
“He’s working well, but he has to work harder on his timing of cutting inside. They always double up on him, we have to help him create spaces.”
