Italy boss Cesare Prandelli has conceded that Udinese hot-shot Antonio Di Natale could force his way into the Euro 2012 party.
Di Natale hasn't featured for his country since the 2010 World Cup while Marcello Lippi was still in charge of the national side.
However, Di Natale has been in sensational form for Udinese this term. He again leads the scorers' charts after winning the Capocannoniere crown for the last two seasons.
"If Di Natale continues to repeat himself then I am obliged to consider him for the European Championship," Prandelli told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
"He really is a champion."
Di Natale, born in October 1977, has scored 10 goals in 36 games for La Nazionale since making his debut in November 2002.
