Prandelli said he would love to see Castrovilli find his old self against the Bianconeri on Tuesday.
“I told him that the first time I saw him, in the stands at the Artemio Franchi, he was free from any thought and any pressure, I was ecstatic,” Pradelli said at a press conference.
“Then, when you grow up, it’s normal that you ask for more. He must find serenity and the desire to take risks.
“I will never blame him for dribbling towards the opponents goal. I hope that, starting with tomorrow, he will show that he has found the joy.”
However, the 23-year-old has scored four goals in 13 League games this term and has already surpassed his return from 2019-20 – when he scored three times in 33 games.
