Matteo Politano and Leonardo Spinazzola are undergoing their medicals this morning, as they exchange places at Inter and Roma.
The deal was finalised yesterday and the two players flew in this morning for their tests.
Winger Politano will effectively be the replacement at Roma for Nicolò Zaniolo, who has been ruled out for five to six months by a serious knee injury.

The deal was finalised yesterday and the two players flew in this morning for their tests.
Winger Politano will effectively be the replacement at Roma for Nicolò Zaniolo, who has been ruled out for five to six months by a serious knee injury.
In turn, left-back Spinazzola can resolve Antonio Conte’s lack of reliable alternatives on that side of the pitch.
It is reported to be a straight swap on a permanent basis, with both players valued at approximately €25m.
This is a return for Politano, who is from the Capital and started his career at the Roma youth academy.
Spinazzola is no stranger to playing in a wing-back role alongside a back three, having spent two years on loan at Gian Piero Gasperini’s Atalanta.
He moved from Juventus to Roma in the summer for €29.5m as part of an exchange with Luca Pellegrini.
