Newly-promoted Pescara have struck a deal for Hajduk Split striker Ante Vukusic, who caused Inter problems in the Europa League.
According to numerous reports, the 21-year-old Croatian forward is ready to put pen to paper on a €3m transfer.
He’ll sign a four-year contract, but is unlikely to have all the red tape sorted out before Sunday’s Serie A opener against Inter.
It would’ve been the third game against the Nerazzurri this summer, as Vukusic was in the Hajduk Split squad that caused many problems for them in the Europa League preliminary round.
Inter won the first leg 3-0 in Croatia, but were beaten 2-0 at San Siro with Vukusic on target.
