The Nerazzurri had equalised, but were beaten 2-1 by arch rivals Juventus” data-scaytid=”6″>Juventus at San Siro last night.

“I was a little unlucky to hit the bar, but overall it just didn't work for us. We had to win this match and get back on track, but instead now we can only look forward,” said the striker.

“After games like this there is always silence in the locker room. The performance was there, but we conceded the goals during our best moments of the match.”

Inter could get sucked into the relegation zone this weekend if results go against them.

“Within us we have the perception of doing well, but after games like this where you deserve more and come away empty-handed, it's not easy to work with a relaxed state of mind. Yet we have a Champions League tie coming up and have to concentrate.

“We're simply not picking up points. There is a big gap from the top teams now, but a team like ours has a duty to push for every trophy.”
