Udinese’s Michele Pazienza wants a return to Juventus in the summer after turning down a permanent switch to Genoa.

The midfielder moved to the Stadio Friuli this week on a loan deal from Juve and he scored in last night’s 2-1 win over Lecce.

“Genoa agreed a deal with Juventus for his permanent transfer,” agent Vincenzo D’Ippolito told TMW.

“However, Michele chose Udinese because it is his intention to return to the services of Juve boss Antonio Conte in June.”

Pazienza transferred to Turin in the summer on a Bosman after his contract at Napoli expired. However, he struggled for action as he started just one League game.

“There was little space for him in Turin without European matches,” the representative continued.

“That’s why he asked to leave. He wanted to go and play somewhere else before going back to Juve in the summer.”
