Lazio boss Simone Inzaghi is backing the “really good” Marco Parolo to become a Coach one day and “will see” in regards to January reinforcements.

Parolo has been an ever-present in all-but-two of Lazio’s Serie A games this season, with the side just a point behind the Champions League places, while Keita Balde Diao is due to represent Senegal at the African Cup of Nations early next year.

“He’s really good, he’s only lacking a goal,” the Coach told Radio anch’io sport.

“He’s rightly become a starter for the national team, I think he’d be a great Coach because tactically he always knows where to go and how to help the team.

“Reinforcements in January? From now until Christmas, we have five games, we have to stay focused on the pitch.

“The problem is that we’ll lose Keita in January for the African Cup of Nations, but we’ll be ready, we’ll talk with the club and see what to do.

“Immobile, Felipe Anderson and Keita are boys who listen [the most]. I already knew two of them and I really wanted Ciro.

“They have talent and make themselves available to the team, also off the ball.

“I saw the match yesterday, it seemed like they were having fun. They’re always cheerful and smiling.

“Wallace? In our first seven games, he only played few minutes in Bergamo, but he’s always worked in the best way possible. He’s taken his chance, giving us great solidity at the back.”
