Alessandro Lucarelli and Raffaele Palladino are confident Parma can beat Milan at San Siro on Sunday.
The Ducali are arguably the favourites going in, as they are unbeaten in a club record 14 rounds and now sit comfortably in sixth place, eight points clear of the Rossoneri.
“We know that Milan tend to leave a lot of spaces for their opponents, so we will try to make the most of them,” striker Palladino told Sky Sport Italia.
“Losing Gabriel Paletta to suspension is a heavy blow, as he is a fundamental player, but in this team the replacements have always done well.”
Lucarelli will start at the back and also trusts Parma can get all three points.
“We must step on to the field ready to make our style of football count. We’ll be careful, but certainly won’t just go there to defend. We have our own strengths too.
“We are convinced that we can get into the Europa League and can go for this small dream without the pressure of needing a result.”
