Many of the protagonists of the last three years will be present, including President Jiang Lizhang.
The club website promised “surprises” and hinted that “captain Lucarelli has something to tell you.”
It’s believed he will announce his retirement, as the defender turns 41 in July.
Lucarelli was the captain when Parma went bankrupt, he dropped down into Serie D to help their revival and had originally said he’d retire a year ago when earning promotion to Serie B.
However, so close to making it back to Serie A, he played on for another season and his work is now done.
