The Emilian club are in crisis with debts of at least €96m, with players and staff going without their wages all season.
Club President Giampietro Manenti had promised to pay the players yesterday, with a formal notice prepared, but so far that money has not materialised.
The players have given the club extra time to pay their salaries, but it had been reported that other creditors would force the club into administation.
It appears that the revenue is one of those creditors, with Parma summoned to a court hearing on March 19 over unpaid tax, where the club faces bankruptcy if it cannot settle its debt.
