Palermo are finally able to count on Mauricio Sperduti against Pescara tomorrow after his international transfer came through.

The striker was signed from Newell’s Old Boys over the January transfer window, but the paperwork was delayed by red tape.

The transfer was finally completed today and Sperduti was thrown straight into the squad for Sunday’s relegation dogfight with Pescara.

Wearing the Number 19 jersey, Sperduti could make his debut under new Coach Alberto Malesani.

Of the 23 players called up for this game, 10 are January signings.
