“I’d say my goal in the derby last season was one of my most important,” La Trenza told BeIN Sports.
“Since I have been in Italy, that is my best goal, scored with a back-heel flick, and the most important I’ve netted here.
“People always stop me in the street and remind me of that goal, especially when the derby is approaching. They ask me to repeat that style of goal to beat Milan.”
It has been a difficult week for Inter, as Mazzarri was fired to bring in Roberto Mancini.
“I don’t know why the results did not arrive. We always tried our best and wanted to take Inter as high as possible, but at the end of the day results are what matter and we didn’t get them.
“I can’t compare Mancini with Mazzarri. They are both experienced and capable Coaches who give their all.
“We must learn from them, because they can teach us so much.”
