The forward has been dropped for the last few Giallorossi games and fans are increasingly distancing themselves from him.
According to the Evening Standard, Roma have proposed Osvaldo to Spurs for around €9.5m.
“Osvaldo has potential talent, but is always missing something, especially in terms of his character,” his ex-Bologna Coach Franco Colomba told Radio Kiss Kiss.
“Football is a team sport and that comes first, unless you are the kind of player who scores two goals per game.
“He wants to be a protagonist and when he’s on the bench he feels aversion towards his teammates. In a squad, even those on the bench are part of the game, but Osvaldo can’t stand that and pays the consequences.
“At Bologna I had Marco Di Vaio, Marcelo Zalayeta, Martins Adailton and Osvaldo. We had to save ourselves from relegation, so although I recognised his talent, I needed someone who would play for the team.”
