Inter and Juventus must complete the last 16, with the Nerazzurri starting with a match against Stade Rennais, before Juventus take on Real Madrid later the same evening.
The Beneamata’s youth side have been re-established in the competition after refusing to let their side take to the field during the global pandemic.
UEFA then opened a case against the club but the excuse has now been recognised and Inter will have the opportunity to play against Rennes for a place in the final eight in Nyon.
