Palermo officially reached a deal for Manuel Arteaga from Zulia FC after he passed his medicals today.
While the Rosanero are not allowed to sign the player until January, when the winter transfer market opens, Arteaga's first interview along with an official statement by the club suggest a deal has already been finalised.
“US Citta di Palermo and Zulia Football Club reached a deal for the definitive transfer of footballer Manuel Arteaga,” reads the statement.

“The Venezuelan striker, born in 1994, will don the Rosanero colours until 2020 and wear the shirt number 19.
“Pending the winter transfer window, the player will train from today at Boccadifalco under the management of Coach Davide Ballardini and will be presented to the Press tomorrow.”
