Udinese have officially signed striker Stefano Okaka from Watford on loan until the end of the season.
The 29-year-old has been out of Italy since 2015, playing for Anderlecht and then Watford.
As both Udinese and Watford are owned by the Pozzo family, any option to make the move permanent would be simple to work out.
Okaka was not part of Watford’s plans this season, managing just 47 minutes of football spread out over three competitive appearances.

“Okaka is a physically strong centre-forward, good at holding up the ball,” said technical director Daniele Pradè.
“Stefano is good in the air and inside the penalty area.”
He’ll be presented to the Press in a conference tomorrow afternoon.
Benvenuto Stefano
