“Atalanta and Marco Sportiello renew until 2020,” reads the statement. “The Nerazzurro club, continuing their program of cultivating the players produced in their own youth camps, decided to further extend the relationship with the young goalkeeper, who grew up in the youth teams and came to the senior squad three years ago.
“This afternoon Atalanta and Marco Sportiello reached a deal for the extension of the contract until June 2020.”
