“The Chelsea fans have given me so much support since I arrived here one year ago and it is important we continue to succeed together.”

Conte moved to Chelsea after Euro 2016 last summer and guided Chelsea to the Premier League title at the first time of asking, as well as the FA Cup Final.

However, as the former Juventus boss had signed a three-year deal upon his arrival at Stamford Bridge, it appears he has only penned improved terms and not an extension.
