Napoli are said to be ready to make a €15m bid for Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian.
The 28-year-old has cut a peripheral figure at Old Trafford for some time now and has been left out of his side’s squad to face Leicester City in today’s Premier League clash.
This has fuelled speculation that the Italy full-back could be set for an imminent departure from the Red Devils, with a number of clubs interested.

This has fuelled speculation that the Italy full-back could be set for an imminent departure from the Red Devils, with a number of clubs interested.
According to Il Mattino, Napoli are monitoring the situation closely and are hopeful of landing their target once the January transfer window opens.
The Italian daily claims that, should the clubs fail to agree a fee immediately, the Partenopei would also consider taking Darmian on an initial loan deal with the option to sign him permanently in the summer.
Maurizio Sarri’s team have been in the hunt for a new full-back since Faouzi Ghoulam was sidelined by a long-term knee injury in November.
