It kicks off in Rome’s Stadio Olimpico on Wednesday at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
A change of format was agreed so that if the result is level after 90 minutes, there will be no extra time.
Instead, the two teams will go straight to a penalty shoot-out in order to assign the trophy.

Juventus landed in Rome this evening and will stay in a hotel overnight.
However, Napoli are only going to make the journey up to the Capital on the day of the match.
They are staying at the Hotel Britannique in Naples tonight.
