According to Il Mattino, one of the first steps that Napoli intend to take will be to reinvest the cash into Lyon's Tolisso.

The 21-year-old midfielder is highly regarded as an up-and-coming talent of French football and had already been targeted by the Italian club. They are now willing to raise their offer to €24m to secure the player, although the operation will have to wait until after Higuain is sold.
