Napoli are reportedly unwilling to meet Atletico Madrid’s €20m asking price for full-back Sime Vrsaljko.
According to Il Mattino, Napoli are only prepared to offer €14m at this point, although there could be scope for add-ons.
Nonetheless, the newspaper notes Vrsaljko’s agent Beppe Riso has already opened talks with Atleti about letting him leave in January.
Furthermore, the Partenopei would have already offered the Croat a salary of €2.8m, which could go up to €3m through bonuses.
