According to Radio CRC, Napoli have approached Milan to ask for Bacca.

Rated at €30m, the same sum the Rossoneri paid Sevilla a year ago, the centre-forward has made it very clear he wants to play in the Champions League.
This is why he rejected West Ham United, while Arsenal are holding off in case they can sign Gonzalo Higuain or Mauro Icardi instead.
The 29-year-old would be seen as Napoli’s heir to Higuain, who is pushing for a transfer to Juventus.
