Catania fought back twice for a valuable draw in Florence, but Coach Vincenzo Montella feels “disappointed it wasn't a victory.”

The Sicilians have never won at the Stadio Franchi and this was the first time they've picked up a point here since 1971.

“We played well and, even if we made some mistakes, these things can happen against an excellent side like Fiorentina,” commented Montella.

“I'm just disappointed it wasn't a victory, but we can be content enough with the draw.”

The Fiorentina fans jeered Sinisa Mihajlovic at the final whistle and called for him to be sacked.

“We're all in the same boat and all Coaches are used to this type of thing. Florence is a very demanding city and I understand they can be a bit upset, but if Fiorentina had won today then they'd be right up the table.”
