“Starting the tournament against Roma is certainly a tough task, but also extra motivation for us,” Montella told the official Fiorentina website.
“Equally difficult will be the trio of matches with Inter, Lazio and Milan, but as always what happens on the field will establish how difficult each game really is.”
The Viola host Inter in Week 6 and Lazio in Week 7 before visiting Milan at San Siro.
