The Viola are currently fourth in Serie A and are into the last 32 of the Europa League.

The Coach though, has insisted that his side can go to the next level, especially with Giuseppe Rossi in the team.

“Fiorentina are still incomplete,” he told Sport Mediaset. “There is still a lot of room for growth.

Montella was then asked if he sees himself as the Sir Alex Ferguson of Florence.

“It is like an oasis here for me. It’s just the fact that football is a results business, and if there are a lot of defeats, who knows what will happen?”
