The Rijeka midfielder would reportedly be available for between €3m and €4m in the summer, with Inter among the interested clubs.
“I’ve heard and read about the interest [from Inter],” Mocinic told FcInterNews.
“Obviously I’m flattered, but at the same time I know that it’s only by remaining 100 per cent focused on Rijeka and my performances that I can attract clubs like Inter.
“Could I go to Inter? Why not? I was born in Rijeka and this has been my club since I was little.
“We follow Serie A from here, and we all have our favourite clubs. I’ve always been an Inter fan…”
The 21-year-old also spoke to the Inter fansite about his playing style, informing Beneamata supporters of his versatility.
“I find it hard to talk about myself, but I think I can play anywhere across the midfield.
“I can play as a defensive midfielder, but also behind the strikers. I like to read the game, make interceptions and give the ball to the strikers quickly.”
