Napoli’s injured Arkadiusz Milik has been pictured walking with crutches and has spoken of his 'internal pain'.
Speaking to Il Mattino, the striker – who will be out for four to six months – was asked about the level of pain following his operation. Milik also confermed that he hoped to be at the San Paolo when Napoli take on Roma this Saturday.
