Milan CEO Adriano Galliani was pictured meeting Roma director Walter Sabatini this afternoon for Mattia Destro.
Sky Sport Italia got hold of a photograph at Forte dei Marmi, the beach resort where Galliani spends his summer and does much of his business.
Galliani was at a table with several people, including Roma director Sabatini, fuelling reports of talks for Destro.
The striker is seen as the ideal replacement for Mario Balotelli, who is on the verge of completing his £16m move to Liverpool (€20m).
It had also been reported that Roma rejected the initial offer of €5m for a one-season loan plus an option to buy for a further €16m.
Roma are known to want at least €25m for their centre-forward.
The other reports suggest Milan have put forward a new proposal for €15m, but it’s still a long way off the Giallorossi’s asking price.
