It was reported today that the Diavolo President had met with the former Italy CT, with Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic's job under scrutiny.
In recent weeks, it has been suggested that Lippi could come in as a technical director, with Christian Brocchi working under him.
However, Milan Channel has responded to the rumours, and insisted that no meeting took place between Berlusconi and Lippi.
"There was never any meeting between President Berlusconi and Marcello Lippi."
Lippi's son, Davide, also denied the reports, speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport.
"My father is in Viareggio, he knows nothing about this story. There's been talk of contact with Roma and Milan in recent days, but he knows nothing about it."
